Our lessons are focused around building confidence in the water through a calm, fun environment, whilst also developing safety skills and stroke technique.
We build strong foundations for breathing and body position, so progression comes more easily.
The Pool
Our indoor pool is based in Terrington St Clement, King's Lynn, Norfolk. The pool is suitable for learn to swim classes from non-swimmers up to improvers, 121 adult lessons and parent and baby lessons. There is plenty of seating for parents to come and watch.

Learn to swim parent
My children attended one of Becky's swimming crash courses over the summer. Neither had previously progressed with other lessons and were basically beginners. They both made such progress confidence-wise over the 5 days that we signed them up for daily lessons. Becky is endlessly patient and I really like that she explains to them why they have to use a certain technique. She is extremely vigilant with safety and is very calm and reassuring, whilst being firm. I highly recommend Becky and her classes, it has been wonderful to see both of my children increase in confidence in the water and actually start to swim.

Outstanding teacher. Lovely, fun, kind lady. Aged 4 years old my daughter is swimming unaided with no floats. Blowing bubbles, diving in, and swimming a full length all by herself with a big grin. My daughter loves Becky so much she cannot wait to go swimming every week. Thank you Becky, so much.

I would absolutely recommend Aquology. Initially I had lessons with my baby (now 9 months old) and he has been doing so well. Christine is a lovely instructor, always reassuring us and very nice. Nothing is too much for her. Small class up to 4... makes a difference when classes are small. Then my daughter (5 years old) did a crash course with Becky and that week I saw the difference in her confidence, so we started having regular lessons and she is enjoying them a lot. I must add that the pool is warm and the premises are very clean. Great little team Aquology has - thank you for everything!

Learn to swim parent
Becky has been an absolute amazing teacher, she is supportive, patient and encouraging. She really looks into what the child is finding challenging and helps them to overcome it with practice and explanation. She helped my son improve on his swimming technique, and he went from disliking swimming to looking forward to his class each week. We miss Becky at our swimming classes and highly recommend her!

Becky is one of the most talented teachers I've had the pleasure of working with. As a less experienced teacher it was brilliant to learn from and observe Becky and her teaching techniques. I still use practices I learnt from her in lessons I teach today. As she teaches such a vast range of ages (parent and baby to pre-competition) it was brilliant to see how she adapts and the fact she has now gone on to train as an STA Tutor is a credit to everyone she shares her knowledge with.
